Tom was born in Welshpool, Powys, brought up during early childhood in the Powys village of Foel.  Since the age of seven, Oswestry on the Welsh borders has been his home.  Welsh-speaking and a passionate Welshman, Tom's interests focus on social events and chapel attendance amongst the strong Welsh-speaking community in Oswestry.  Poetry has been a source of pleasure during his life, both writing poems and studying the English poetic canon.  Many of his poems have been published in literary magazines.  This present collection is the realisation of a long held dream.
