Description
A collection of Welsh traditional songs and carols by the popular folk party Parti Cut Lloi, sung in the unique style of the Plygain tradition. This is their second album, following a gap of four years since releasing their first. Those years were a productive time for the choir as they entertained audiences throughout Wales and beyond in their own inimitable way. In the word of Welsh folk hero Gwyn Erfyl as he attempted to described the singing of these characters from the Banwy valley:
"these are the voices of the fair and the fields"
